If you are trying to initialize anything from an AutoNew, AutoOpen,ĭocument_Open or Document_New, as they say in New Jersey. The only routine that will run consistently on a Mac in an Global Template is AutoExec.
The problem I believe might have to do with exactly how and where you are initializing the ribbon.
